Out West

Will always have a piece of my heart.

As I packed my bags and set out, I could feel the pull of the West, that magnetic draw that has lured explorers, pioneers, and dreamers for centuries.

There’s a freedom in the open road, a sense of leaving the mundane behind and embracing the unknown. The landscapes change with every mile—rolling hills give way to rugged cliffs, and dense forests yield to vast deserts.

The Untamed Beauty of the Wild West

Livin the Dream, Mexico 2024

ll started with a road trip to New Mexico when I was little. That trip kicked off my obsession with seeing the world. As we traveled through the edges of the earth, exploring caves and hearing bats fill the evening sky, something clicked. It felt like I had unlocked one of the many secrets to living a great life and the key was feeding curiosity. a desire to see the world with my own eyes, and a good place to start was the open road.

Growing up, I was captivated by the black-and-white movies of cowboys out west. Those classic films painted a picture of adventure, the rugged beauty of the land, and that imagery has always stayed with me. It’s funny how life comes full circle. What began as childhood fascination has now woven itself back into my life, influencing my perspective and inspiring my adventures. One of my favorite principles is Steve Jobs' theory of connecting the dots. We never quite know how our current experiences will link to future ones, but looking back, we can see how it all adds up. For me, those childhood movies and that first road trip out west laid the foundation for a lifelong love of adventure. They shaped how I see the world today, treasuring the simplicity of life out west and the thrill of speed, whether on horseback or anything with a motor. The sense of adventure, the peace found in the vast, open spaces, and the simplicity of life are things I carry close to my heart. These stories and experiences have become a part of me, and I can’t wait to share them with more of you. If you ever get the chance to explore the desert, sleep in the dirt under the stars, and enjoy good company around a campfire—go. It’s an experience you’ll never forget.

There’s something undeniably captivating about the American West. It’s a place where the horizon stretches endlessly, where the mountains meet the sky, and where the spirit of adventure is alive in every gust of wind that sweeps across the plains.
